Standard programme net rates are provided within 24 hours of a correctly specified enquiry. "Correctly specified" means: approximate group size, programme type, date, duration, and language requirements. We do not hold net rates back behind a contract signature — we send them clearly itemised so you can assess viability for your programme before committing to anything.

Your trade enquiry goes directly to one of the two Norte Hamburg team members. The person who responds to your enquiry is the person who will design your programme and, if possible, lead or directly supervise its delivery.
Norte Hamburg operates on standard B2B invoicing: net rate plus 10–15% management fee on supplier pass-through costs, depending on programme complexity. We do not add hidden charges after programme delivery. Our cost breakdown is itemised at proposal stage so you can see every line before you confirm.
Payment terms, cancellation policy, and force majeure terms are provided with every formal proposal. We are happy to discuss alignment with your standard supplier terms.
